| Obverse description | Small rectangular emergency issue note printed in green on buff paper. The municipal coat of arms of Toulouse appears at upper left, with the inscription VILLE DE TOULOUSE across the top. A large circular guilloche vignette in the centre bears the bold numeral 5, flanked by the denomination legend BON de 5 Centimes in letterpress. Signature lines for Le Receveur Municipal and Le Maire appear at lower left and lower right respectively, each bearing a handwritten ink signature. |
