备注

The Mindanao Emergency Currency Board was one of several provincial emergency issuers that operated in the southern Philippines following the Japanese invasion of 1941–42, printing local scrip to keep commerce functioning after regular Philippine Commonwealth currency became scarce or hoarded. Mindanao's relative geographic isolation gave these boards slightly longer operational windows than their Luzon counterparts before Japanese occupation authorities moved to suppress guerrilla-linked issuers.

Three signature positions were required for validity — a structural safeguard against unilateral misuse of the printing authority. Surviving examples tend to show heavy circulation wear; these notes were used, not saved.
