| Obverse description | The obverse is printed in brown on plain paper, with a simple border of ornamental scroll work enclosing the central text. The denomination numeral '5' appears at each corner, with the legend 'FIVE CENTAVOS' repeated across the top and bottom margins alongside decorative vine motifs.
