背面描述 The reverse carries a commemorative design honouring the 200th anniversary of the Battle of Carabobo, with a bold '200 AÑOS Batalla de Carabobo' inscription in the lower left. To the left stands a vignette of the Arc de Triomphe-style monument at Campo de Carabobo flanked by the Venezuelan coat of arms, while the right half presents a reproduction of a historical battle scene with cavalry in full charge rendered in fine intaglio lines. The issuer name 'Banco Central de Venezuela' runs across the top, with the denomination '5' and 'CINCO BOLÍVARES' in the lower right.

备注

Venezuela's 2021 paper issues represent an almost absurd moment in monetary history: by the time this note entered circulation, the country had already launched its second redenomination in three years, lopping six zeros off the bolívar soberano to create the bolívar digital in October 2021. A 5 bolívares note in that environment had negligible purchasing power from the day it was printed.

Cotton substrate with basic security features — thread and watermark — at a time when hyperinflation was rendering notes obsolete faster than they could be distributed.
