Beschrijving voorzijde Central design features the national emblem of Oman — two crossed khanjar daggers overlaid with a belt and two crossed swords — rendered in fine relief against a polished field. The denomination '5 BAISA' appears to the left and '٥ بيسة' in Arabic to the right of the emblem. The legend 'SULTANATE OF OMAN' is inscribed along the lower border in Latin script, while 'سلطنة عُمان' appears in Arabic along the upper border. The Hijri year '١٤٣٧' and Gregorian year '2015' are positioned above and below the central device respectively. The entire design is enclosed within a decorative beaded border running along the coin's rim.

Beschrijving keerzijde Central design presents an elaborate eight-pointed star ornament composed of stylised foliate and arabesque motifs, evoking traditional Omani decorative art. At the heart of this star, within a circular frame, appears the national emblem of Oman flanked by the dual dates '١٤٣٧' (Hijri) and '٢٠١٥م' (Gregorian). A circular Arabic legend surrounding the central emblem reads 'العيد الوطني الخامس والاربعون المجيد', commemorating the 45th Glorious National Day. The numeral '٤٥' is prominently displayed below the emblem within the central roundel. A finely detailed beaded border frames the entire composition along the coin's periphery.
