| Beschrijving voorzijde | A large six-spoked wheel with a central boss occupies the entire field, its spokes radiating outward to a plain rim. Etruscan letters, identified as N, P, and V, are placed individually between the spokes in the interspaces, serving as a mint or magistrate abbreviation. The design is boldly rendered in the archaic cast tradition, with thick, rounded spoke profiles and a prominent hub. The irregular flan surface reflects the hand-cast aes grave production technique characteristic of Etruscan coinage of this period. |

| Beschrijving keerzijde | A vertically oriented anchor is depicted in the center of the field, with a crossbar at the top, two flukes splaying outward at the base, and a ring at the crown. The value mark V, denoting five asses, appears to the right of the anchor shaft in the field. The design is boldly cast in low relief with a characteristically schematic, archaic rendering typical of Etruscan aes grave issues.
