Bold principal text occupies the central field, beneath which multiple paragraphs of smaller text and a cluster of manuscript signatures fill the remaining area. The whole is contained within an intricate guilloche border with square corner ornaments, and at least two official stamps are applied: a circular ОГБ (Отделения Государственного Банка) stamp and a rectangular cancellation, occasionally with a netting overprint. |
