| Obverse description | Black on green underprint. At top centre, an oval vignette of the Tauride Palace — seat of the State Duma — is flanked by laurel branches; the serial number appears twice, at upper left and upper right. Bold principal text occupies the central field, beneath which multiple paragraphs of smaller text and a cluster of manuscript signatures fill the remaining area. The whole is contained within an intricate guilloche border with square corner ornaments, and at least two official stamps are applied: a circular ОГБ (Отделения Государственного Банка) stamp and a rectangular cancellation, occasionally with a netting overprint. |
