| Obverse description | Salmon-pink notgeld on plain paper stock, with a repeating floral and heraldic vignette underprint across the central field and left stub. The main panel carries the issuer inscription 'Kreis Jüterbog-Luckenwalde.' at the top in Gothic blackletter, followed by the large denomination heading 'Wertbeständiges Kreisnotgeld' and the value '0,42 Mark Gold = 1/10 Dollar'. A block of Gothic-script text sets out the redemption conditions, dated 'Jüterbog, den 11. November 1923', with the issuing authority 'Der Kreisausschuß' and three manuscript signatures below; the left stub bears the denomination repeated vertically and the series letter 'Buchstabe D'. |
