A substantial body of Dutch text in Roman type details the terms of the issue, referencing the Hollandsche Indische Gouvernement and the lands of Probolingo, Besoekie, and Panaroekan, followed by a parallel Malay-Arabic (Jawi script) text occupying the lower half.
