Obverse description	Plain typeset note enclosed within a decorative rectangular border composed of ornamental stars, asterisks, and floral elements arranged in a continuous frame. The central field carries the large letterpress title BILET SKARBOWY, with the denomination Na Cztery Złote Polskie set in italic script above two flanking value panels reading ZŁt: 4 and Cztery Złote. A circular ink stamp bearing the legend WOLNOŚĆ CAŁOŚĆ NIEPODLEGŁOŚĆ is applied to the centre, with the issuing authority designation DYREKCYA B.S. printed in the lower right. The date of authorisation, Uchwała d. 4ta 7bris 1794, appears at the top.

Reverse description	The reverse is largely plain, printed on unadorned cream-coloured hand-made paper with a simple recessed rectangular panel border pressed or embossed into the surface. A manuscript signature in cursive script, F. Malinowski, is inscribed in the centre of the panel, serving as the authorising signatory.
