Obverse description	Printed in black on plain paper, the note is enclosed within a typeset border decorated with repeated star and paragraph-symbol ornaments at corners and along all four sides. The upper portion bears the date inscription 'Uchwała d. 4ta 7bris 1794.' in letterpress, above the large central legend 'BILET SKARBOWY'. Below this runs the denomination inscription 'Na Cztery Złote Polskie', flanked by a boxed numeral denomination 'Złt: 4' at lower left and the text 'Cztery Złote' in a box at lower right, with a circular official seal reading 'WOLNOŚĆ CAŁOŚĆ NIEPODLEGŁOŚĆ' at centre. The issuing authority 'DYREKCYA B.S' appears at lower right.
