Reverse description The quartered royal arms of Spain surmounted by an imperial crown occupy the central field, the shield displaying the castles of Castile, lions of León, the arms of Aragon, and the pomegranate of Granada with the Bourbon escutcheon en surtout at center. The denomination numeral 4 appears to the left of the shield and the assayer's initial S to the right. The circular legend AUSPICE DEO NITRO QFELIX reads around the periphery, with the mint mark LMA and assayer initials JP positioned at the bottom. A beaded border frames the entire design.
