| Obverse description | Central field occupied by a multi-line Arabic legend in bold naskh script, reading the royal titulature of the overlord Jani Beg Khan with the epithet 'the Just Sultan' and the mint name Bazar. The inscription is arranged in horizontal registers across the flan. An inner rope or linear border encircles the central legend, surrounded by a beaded outer border following the irregular edge of the hammered flan. |
