| Obverse description | Uniformed bust of King Vittorio Emanuele III facing left, depicted in military dress with epaulettes, a star-shaped decoration at the collar, and an order badge at the chest. The effigy is rendered in high relief with finely detailed hair and facial features including a short moustache. The engraver's signature 'L. GIORGI' appears in small letters at the lower right of the field. The encircling legend reads VITTORIO·EMANVELE·III·RE·D'ITALIA, separated by raised dots, with a decorative beaded border along the rim. |
