Beschrijving voorzijde	At left, the denomination '3000 РУБЛЁЎ' is printed in bold numerals, while the first version of the Belarusian state coat of arms — 'The Chase' (Pahonia), a mounted knight with raised sword — appears centred at the top. The inscriptions 'ДЗЯРЖАЎНЫ ПРЫВАТЫЗАЦЫЙНЫ ЧЭК "ЖЫЛЛЁ"' and 'РЭСПУБЛІКА БЕЛАРУСЬ' are arranged in parallel bands across the face of the note within a decorative border.

Beschrijving keerzijde	The reverse presents a vignette combining old and new urban architectural scenes rendered in a line-art style across the background. Below the imagery, an extended block of Belarusian-language text sets out three numbered clauses defining the legal terms and permitted uses of the privatization voucher, followed by the printer's imprint 'ДЗЯРЖЗНАК БЕЛАРУСI' and the year '1992' at the foot.
