| 背面描述 | A stylised frontal depiction of a traditional Bhutanese ceremonial mask or deity face fills the central field, rendered in fine relief with an ornate crown or headdress surmounting the visage. The legend ART AND CULTURE arcs along the left periphery, while the denomination 300 NGULTRUM is inscribed along the right periphery, both in Latin script separated by a raised dot at the base. |

Bhutan's Royal Monetary Authority issued a series of small-format gold pieces through the 1990s primarily for the collector export market, with distribution handled largely through international numismatic agencies rather than domestic channels. KM#102 is part of that program.
The .999 fineness places it outside Bhutan's domestic coinage tradition, which had no meaningful gold currency history prior to the modern commemorative era.
