| Beschrijving keerzijde | The reverse presents the plain, unmarked face of the host hammered copper flan, retaining the broad, uneven surface characteristic of pre-milled indigenous Goan coinage. Faint ghost impressions from the striking of the obverse countermark are faintly perceptible in the field. No countermark or applied device appears on this side. The flan exhibits irregular edges and surface texture consistent with the primitive hammered technique used in producing the original host coin. |
