The denomination "Dreißig Pfennig" is rendered in bold Gothic (Fraktur) script to the right of the arms, with the issuer legend "Die Stadtsparkasse Greiffenberg i/Schl." in a top cartouche. Ornate Art Nouveau foliate border panels flank both sides, each carrying the numeral "30" and the word "Pfennig"; a blank date line at the lower centre reads "Greiffenberg, den ___ ten 192_". Matching Art Nouveau foliate side panels frame the composition, and two text banners — one above and one below the vignette — carry the legend title in Gothic script.
