正面描述 Violet intaglio-style vignette on cream paper occupies the central field, presenting a panoramic rural scene of the village of Kirchham bei Gmunden, with peasant women harvesting grain in the foreground and a horse-drawn plough to the right, the church steeple and mountain landscape visible in the background. The denomination '30 HELLER' appears in red within ornate circular guilloche cartouches at upper left and upper right. The issuer's title 'Gutschein der Gemeinde Kirchham bei Gmunden' arches across the upper portion in Gothic script, with the printer's imprint 'L. Haase Linz' at lower left; the red letterpress inscription 'I. Auflage.' (First Issue) appears at the bottom centre.

背面描述 Green letterpress text on cream paper within a stylised geometric border. A two-column verse in Gothic script reads at the top: 'Gib, o Herr, Uns täglich Brot / In dieser Zeit Der schwersten Not.' The main body carries the redemption text stating the municipality's resolution of 9 May 1920 to issue vouchers totalling 60,000 Kronen, redeemable at the municipal treasury. A large red overprint 'UNGÜLTIG' (invalid) crosses the central text. The denomination numeral '30' in red appears within a square decorative cartouche at the bottom centre, flanked by the facsimile signatures of the Vizeburgermeister and Bürgermeister. The anti-counterfeiting warning 'Nachmachung wird gesetzlich bestraft.' is printed at the foot.

备注

Kirchham bei Gmunden is a small Upper Austrian municipality, and this 30 Heller note is a product of the Notgeld wave that swept through Austria following the First World War — a period when small-denomination coinage had effectively vanished from circulation, hoarded or melted, and local authorities were left to improvise. L. Haase in Linz handled the printing, a regional firm that produced Notgeld for numerous Upper Austrian communities during this period. The two signatories, Ursprunger and Rauscher, were almost certainly local council officials rather than banking functionaries.
