| Obverse description | Printed in dark blue on cream paper, the note centres on a detailed architectural vignette of the Pfarrkirche zum heiligen Stephan in Pram, rendered in a fine line-engraving style with billowing clouds above the Baroque onion-domed tower. Elaborate foliate scrollwork frames the central vignette on all sides, with the denomination '30 Heller' and issuing authority inscribed in ornate Gothic script to the left, and a patriotic verse in calligraphic lettering to the right. A bold caption panel along the lower edge reads 'Pram- Pfarrkirche zum heil. Stephan', and the artist's signature 'E. Krahl' appears at lower right of the vignette. |

The heading 'Gutschein über 30 Heller der Gemeinde Pram-Oesterreich ob der Enns' is rendered in large decorative Gothic script, followed by a block of smaller Gothic text stating the terms of validity and redemption conditions per the municipal council resolution of 22 April 1920. The legend 'der Bürgermeister' appears above a manuscript signature of the mayor, and two lines of italic text at the top carry a patriotic motto. |
