The heading 'Gutschein über 30 Heller der Gemeinde Pram-Oesterreich ob der Enns' is rendered in large decorative Gothic script, followed by a block of smaller Gothic text stating the terms of validity and redemption conditions per the municipal council resolution of 22 April 1920.
