| Obverse description | Printed in dark blue on cream paper, the note centres on a detailed architectural vignette of the Pfarrkirche zum heiligen Stephan in Pram, rendered in a fine line-engraving style with billowing clouds above the Baroque onion-domed tower. Elaborate foliate scrollwork frames the central vignette on all sides, with the denomination '30 Heller' and issuing authority inscribed in ornate Gothic script to the left, and a patriotic verse in calligraphic lettering to the right.
