The central vignette presents a panoramic coastal landscape with layered terrain, flanked by an oval cartouche bearing the national coat of arms at left and a portrait of Queen Elizabeth II in an oval medallion at right. The four corners carry the denomination numeral 30 within ornate circular frames, with guilloche floral ornaments along the lower border and a facsimile signature below the title "Minister of Finance". |

The denomination numeral 30 appears in ornate shield-shaped cartouches at each corner, with decorative floral garlands running along the lower margin. The issuer's name is inscribed across the top banner and the value legend occupies a rectangular panel at the foot of the note. |
