| 正面描述 | The face carries portrait vignettes of all three Namibian presidents arranged across the width of the note: H.E. Dr. Sam Nujoma (First President, 1990–2005), H.E. Dr. Hifikepunye Pohamba (Second President, 2005–2015), and H.E. Dr. Hage G. Geingob (Third President, 2015–incumbent), each identified by name inscription. The Bank of Namibia logo incorporates a SPARK® Orbital™ dynamic colour-change element executed in optically variable magnetic ink (OVMI), producing a shifting ring effect, while a see-through register renders the BoN monogram in a guilloche underprint when held to light. Commemorative text marking the 30th Independence Anniversary and the denomination N$30 are integrated into the overall design. |

| 备注 |
The 30 Namibia Dollar note was issued in 2020 to mark the thirtieth anniversary of Namibian independence, achieved on 21 March 1990 following a prolonged armed struggle against South African administration and a UN-supervised transition. Commemorative denominations are unusual in African currency, and the decision to fix the face value at 30 rather than issue a standard denomination as a commemorative variant reflects a deliberate symbolic choice by the Bank of Namibia — the number itself is the message.
Printed on Guardian® polymer substrate by Oberthur Fiduciaire, this was only the second polymer issue for Namibia after the 2012 10 Dollar note, suggesting the central bank's measured approach to substrate transition rather than a wholesale conversion of the series.
