The face carries portrait vignettes of all three Namibian presidents arranged across the width of the note: H.E. Dr. Sam Nujoma (First President, 1990–2005), H.E. Dr. Hifikepunye Pohamba (Second President, 2005–2015), and H.E. Dr. Hage G. Geingob (Third President, 2015–incumbent), each identified by name inscription. The Bank of Namibia logo incorporates a SPARK® Orbital™ dynamic colour-change element executed in optically variable magnetic ink (OVMI), producing a shifting ring effect, while a see-through register renders the BoN monogram in a guilloche underprint when held to light. Commemorative text marking the 30th Independence Anniversary and the denomination N$30 are integrated into the overall design. |

Namibia's Coat of Arms is centred at the top of the reverse, serving as the principal heraldic element of the design. The main field is occupied by a vignette of Namibian black rhinoceroses, with a detailed rhinoceros head rendered at the right of the composition. The commemorative date range 1990–2020 is incorporated into the design, underscoring the 30th anniversary character of the issue. |
