Beschrijving voorzijde Gold-plated effigy of King Charles III facing left, rendered in high relief against a field engraved with a fine vertical wood grain texture, evoking the appearance of a carved wooden panel. The portrait is uncrowned and shows the King in civilian dress. The legend CHARLES III arcs along the left rim, CANADA 2024 arcs along the upper rim, and D·G·REX arcs along the right rim, all in raised Latin lettering. The denomination 30 DOLLARS appears in the lower field. The entire design is bordered by a twisted rope motif in yellow gold plating along the rim, complementing the Northwest Coast artistic theme of the series.

Beschrijving keerzijde The reverse depicts a stylized composition in the traditional Northwest Coast formline art style, inspired by a hand-carved Kwakiutl wood panel. An Eagle—master of the skies—is shown in flight mid-hunt, its powerful form rendered in bold formline curves, while the dorsal fin of an Orca emerges from the waves below, signifying the predator of the seas. The entire design is engraved with a wood grain texture across the field to simulate the appearance of a carved cedar panel. The initials JH, denoting the artist, appear within the design. As on the obverse, a twisted cedar bark rope motif in yellow gold plating frames the composition along the rim, unifying the aesthetic of both faces.
