Below the eagle, the inscription БАНК РОССИИ / 3 РУБЛЯ / 2023 г. (Bank of Russia / 3 Roubles / 2023) is arranged in three lines. The fineness mark Ag 925 appears to the lower left of the eagle, while the weight indicator 31,1 and the Saint Petersburg Mint monogram (СПМД) are positioned to the lower right. |

| Descrizione del rovescio | The reverse features a finely detailed portrait of cosmonaut Valentina Tereshkova in her Soviet space helmet, bearing the inscription СССР (USSR) across the visor band, set against a richly textured background depicting the curvature of the Earth, stylised stars, and the silhouette of a soaring seagull — an allusion to her call sign 'Chaika' (Seagull). The portrait is rendered in high relief with frosted surfaces contrasting against the polished field. Along the left rim, the curved Cyrillic legend reads 60-ЛЕТИЕ ПЕРВОГО ПОЛЕТА В КОСМОС ЖЕНЩИНЫ-КОСМОНАВТА (60th Anniversary of the First Space Flight of a Female Cosmonaut).
