| Beschrijving voorzijde | The polished mirror field bears a relief effigy of the State Emblem of the Russian Federation — the double-headed eagle — centrally placed, with the semicircular legend РОССИЙСКАЯ ФЕДЕРАЦИЯ arching above along the rim, flanked on either side by doubled rhombus ornaments. Below the coat of arms, to the left, appear the precious metal designation and fineness (Ag 925), and to the right the fine metal content and the Saint Petersburg Mint monogram (СПМД). In the lower central area, a three-line inscription reads БАНК РОССИИ, the denomination 3 РУБЛЯ, and the year of issue 2018 г. |

| Beschrijving keerzijde | The reverse presents a finely detailed relief depiction of a rhyton — an ancient drinking vessel — fashioned in the form of Pegasus, the mythological winged horse, drawn from the collection of the State Museum of Oriental Art. The background features a laser-matted decorative pattern inspired by a Nepalese mandala, creating a rich textural contrast against the principal motif. The circular legend ГОСУДАРСТВЕННЫЙ МУЗЕЙ ВОСТОКА arches along the upper rim, while the inscription 100 ЛЕТ, commemorating the centenary of the institution, appears in two lines at the lower portion of the field. |
