| Obverse description | The polished mirror field bears a relief effigy of the State Emblem of the Russian Federation — the double-headed eagle — centrally placed, with the semicircular legend РОССИЙСКАЯ ФЕДЕРАЦИЯ arching above along the rim, flanked on either side by doubled rhombus ornaments. Below the coat of arms, to the left, appear the precious metal designation and fineness (Ag 925), and to the right the fine metal content and the Saint Petersburg Mint monogram (СПМД). In the lower central area, a three-line inscription reads БАНК РОССИИ, the denomination 3 РУБЛЯ, and the year of issue 2018 г. |
