| 裏面の説明 | The mirror-finish field features a composite view of notable historical and cultural landmarks of the city of Elista, capital of the Republic of Kalmykia. To the right stands the Three Lotuses Fountain, while to the left are depicted the Chess Palace and the Buddhist Syakusn-Sume Temple. Above the architectural composition, the coat of arms of Elista is prominently displayed, beneath which the inscription `ОСНОВАН В 1865 ГОДУ` (FOUNDED IN 1865) appears in an arc. The city name `ЭЛИСТА` is inscribed along the upper rim, completing the design. |
