| Obverse description | Against a mirror-polished field, the State Coat of Arms of the Russian Federation is depicted in relief at centre. A semicircular legend reading РОССИЙСКАЯ ФЕДЕРАЦИЯ arcs above along the rim, flanked on both sides by paired rhombuses. Below the arms, the precious metal designation and fineness (Ag 925) appear to the left, with the fine metal content and the Saint Petersburg Mint mark (СПМД) to the right. At the bottom, a three-line inscription in the lower field reads БАНК России, the denomination 3 РУБЛЯ, and the year of issue 2019 г. |

| Reverse description | The relief composition centres on the southern façade of the Arkhangelskoye palace, rendered in fine architectural detail across the field. Against a background of a stylised tree, a relief image of the Venus of the Doves sculpture — which adorns the staircase between the terraces — is prominently depicted in the foreground. A circumferential legend reading ГОСУДАРСТВЕННЫЙ МУЗЕЙ-УСАДЬБА АРХАНГЕЛЬСКОЕ runs along the upper rim. At the lower left, the inscription 100 ЛЕТ commemorates the centenary of the museum estate. |
