| Descripción del reverso | The reverse commemorates the centenary of the Pushkin State Museum of Fine Arts with a richly detailed composition. At centre, a colourised reproduction of Pablo Picasso's Girl on a Ball is prominently displayed. Flanking the central image are two classical columns evoking the museum's neoclassical façade, and to the lower right the main entrance portico of the museum building is depicted. Ancient Egyptian statuary appears within the composition, referencing the museum's celebrated antiquities collection, while a palm branch serves as a decorative motif. The Pushkin State Museum of Fine Arts in Moscow was founded in 1912 by Ivan Tsvetaev — father of the poet Marina Tsvetaeva — and this coin marks the centenary of that founding. Tsvetaev spent nearly two decades lobbying, fundraising, and fighting bureaucratic resistance to build a teaching museum of plaster casts and reproductions for students who couldn't travel to see originals. The building itself was designed by Roman Klein and financed largely by industrialist Yury Nechaev-Maltsov, who ultimately covered roughly two-thirds of the total construction cost.
