The centre carries a circular guilloche vignette with the denomination ТРИ РУБЛЯ (Three Roubles) flanked by the numeral 3 on either side, surmounted by a wreath and the year 1919. The upper margin bears the title inscription ДЕНЕЖНЫЙ ЗНАК ПОЛЕВОГО КАЗНАЧЕЙСТВА СЪВЕРОЗАПАДНАГО ФРОНТА in two lines, with two facsimile signatures at the lower left and right — those of Lianozov (Manager) and Yudenich (Commander-in-Chief). |
