Beschrijving voorzijde	A vignette of two Eurasian beavers occupies the right portion of the face, rendered in dark green intaglio against a multicolour guilloche underprint of orange and green wave patterns. The denomination "ТРЫ РУБЛІ" appears in bold Cyrillic lettering at upper right, with the numeral "3" in red at far right. At lower left, a green guilloche rosette encloses a red numeral "3", while a decorative geometric panel in dark green is positioned at upper left.

Beschrijving keerzijde	The central vignette presents the Pahonia — an armoured knight on rearing horseback, sword raised and shield bearing a patriarchal cross — set within a layered oval guilloche cartouche in olive and cream tones. Numeral "3" appears in green within oval panels at left and right flanking the central vignette. The issuer inscription runs along the lower margin in large green Cyrillic text, with the year "1992" in orange at lower right, and a small anti-counterfeiting notice in green at upper right.
