| Descrizione del dritto | Central field dominated by an elaborate interlaced script cypher 'FR' (Fridericus Rex) rendered in ornate Baroque calligraphic style, formed by the intertwining of the letters F and R with foliate and scrollwork flourishes. The monogram is surmounted by a large royal crown with arched bands and jewelled base. The rim is defined by a fine toothed or beaded border. No peripheral legend is present; the monogram fills the entire field. |

The numeral '3' appears prominently at the top of the inscription, flanked by rosette ornaments. Below follow the lines 'PFEN.', 'SCHEIDE', and 'MUNZ.', with the date '17 D 63' on the lowest line, the mint mark 'D' (for Aurich) interposed between the two halves of the date. The lettering is in plain capital Roman characters with period stops, set within a plain field. |
