| Obverse description | Typeset emergency note printed in black on cream paper, enclosed within a decorative letterpress border composed of foliate scrollwork along the top and interlaced geometric bands along the sides and base. The numeral '3' appears at the upper centre flanked by acanthus-leaf corner ornaments. The body of the note carries three numbered conditions of issue in Hungarian, a small guilloche rosette vignette at the lower left, and the issuance date 'Rozsnyó 1849 Julius 16-kán' above the manuscript signature of the főjegyző (chief notary). |
