Beschrijving voorzijde	Purple and black letterpress note with bilingual text in Polish (left column) and German (right column). A Polish eagle vignette is centred between the two text columns. The issuing authority, denomination, date of 14 February 1920, and signature lines for the Starosta (District Head) and Skarbnik (Treasurer) are printed in black.

Beschrijving keerzijde	Plain paper ground with bilingual redemption text printed in orange-red letterpress, arranged in two columns — Polish on the left and German on the right. A circular official stamp of the Starostwo Powiatu Wejherowskiego, bearing a Polish eagle at centre, is applied in orange-red ink between the two text columns.
Opschrift keerzijde	Ten przekaz traci wartość, skoro po upływie miesiąca po publicznem ogłoszeniu w powiatowym okólniku, w kasie powiatowej komunalnej w Wejherowie nie zostanie zamieniony. Dieser Notgeldschein wird ungültig, wenn er nicht innerhalb eines Monats nach öffentlicher Aufforderung im Kreisblatt bei der Kreiskommunalkasse in Wejherowo eingelöst wird.
