A circular official stamp of the Starostwo Powiatu Wejherowskiego, bearing a Polish eagle at centre, is applied in orange-red ink between the two text columns.
Reverse lettering	Ten przekaz traci wartość, skoro po upływie miesiąca po publicznem ogłoszeniu w powiatowym okólniku, w kasie powiatowej komunalnej w Wejherowie nie zostanie zamieniony.
