At centre, a heart-shaped vignette encloses a wreath of red and yellow roses surrounding the patriotic motto 'Denke an Schlesien' in red script. Flanking the heart are two stylised vertical torch or flame motifs in orange and red. Denomination medallions in black and yellow appear at the upper left and right corners, and the value '3 Mark' is repeated in large black numerals across the lower margin, with the designer's signature 'G.
