The Deutscher Schutzbund was a Weimar-era nationalist pressure group advocating for ethnic Germans in territories lost under the Treaty of Versailles. Local Arbeitsgemeinschaften — working committees — issued scrip like this as fundraising instruments or to support displaced Germans, rather than as conventional emergency currency. The Glauchau-Stollberg branch drew on a genuinely local supply chain: Rats-Druckerei R. Dulce operated in Glauchau itself, which keeps this firmly within the Saxon regional printing tradition rather than the large-run notgeld houses.
