Obverse description Laureate and draped bust of Emperor Karl VI (Charles VI) of Habsburg facing right, dividing the circular Latin legend. The legend, commencing at approximately 7 o'clock, is an abbreviated rendering of 'Carolus VI Dei Gratia Romanorum Imperator Semper Augustus, Germaniae, Hispaniae, Hungariae, Bohemiae Rex,' reading across both the upper and lower portions of the field.
