Below the inscription, the date is divided by a crowned royal monogram of Sigismund Augustus — the numeral 15 to the left and 65 to the right of the crowned cipher. The overall composition is unframed and fills the flan, characteristic of Polish-Lithuanian hammered troyak coinage of the 1560s. |
