The nickel-plated brass centre features the municipal coat of arms of Chandler, depicting a stylized triangular design with industrial and natural motifs including a tree and industrial equipment. The legend 'LA VILLE QUI GRANDIT AVEC VOUS' curves along the upper portion of the inner field, with the city name 'CHANDLER' inscribed in large raised letters across the lower portion of the centre.
