Surrounding the central insert in the silver outer ring, ten stylised depictions of historical Bohemian coins and heraldic shields are arranged radially in high relief against a mirror-polished field, referencing the country's rich numismatic and heraldic heritage. The historic composite coat of arms of the Czech Republic is rendered at the top of the silver ring. The legend 'ČESKÁ REPUBLIKA' arcs along the upper rim in bold relief lettering.
