The denomination "٢٥٠ ليرة" appears in an ornate rosette at lower left, with the serial number and two manuscript signatures printed above the central vignette. An elaborate geometric and foliate border encloses the entire design, with the bank title "مصرف لبنان" inscribed across the top.
