| 正面描述 | Olive-tan note with guilloche underprint at centre, bearing the issuer's name in large capitals across the top border and the branch designation 'SEDE DI TRENTO' in a secondary band. To the left, two heraldic shields of the bank are printed in colour, flanking the cursive promise-to-pay text 'A vista pagate per questo Assegno Bancario' and the denomination spelled out as 'Lire DUECENTOCINQUANTA al portatore'. At right, a colour photographic vignette reproduces the medieval gate Porta S. Margherita in Trento, with a caption identifying the subject below the image. |

| 备注 |
By 1977, Italy's chronic shortage of small-denomination coinage had persisted for nearly a decade, forcing local savings banks, municipalities, and even businesses to issue their own fiduciary notes as substitutes. The Cassa di Risparmio di Trento e Rovereto was among the provincial institutions that responded with formally printed miniassegni — technically cheques, legally callable on demand, but used in daily commerce exactly like change.
Printed locally by Tipografia Stampa Rapida rather than one of the major security printers, this 250 Lire piece sits at the higher end of the miniassegni denominations that circulated through Trentino shops and markets during this period.
