At the centre, a large crescent open to the right encloses a cluster of six six-pointed stars arranged in an arc, rendered in the silver-toned inner disc. The outer ring on the left is decorated with an intricate Islamic geometric interlace pattern, while the right half bears the commemorative dates 1981 and 2011 in Arabic numerals above the Arabic legend بنك قمور (Bank of the Comoros), marking the 30th anniversary of the institution. |
