| Reverse description | The reverse displays a finely detailed composition of three fruiting date palms (Phoenix dactylifera) rendered in high relief, the central tree taller and flanked symmetrically by two shorter specimens, all bearing clusters of dates among their fronds. A row of additional date palms recedes into the middle ground on both sides, suggesting a traditional Iraqi palm grove. The ground line and root bases of the trees are visible at the lower field. To the left and right of the central design, the Hijri year '١٣٩٢' and the Gregorian year '١٩٧٢' are inscribed in Eastern Arabic numerals respectively. A beaded border encircles the entire design. |
