| Beschrijving keerzijde | The reverse presents a highly detailed artistic rendering of a portion of the Lover's Knot Tiara, the celebrated diamond and pearl tiara favoured by Queen Elizabeth II. The central design elements depict the tiara's characteristic interlocking knot and arch motifs, rendered in meticulous engraved relief. Seven diamonds are set into the design to add authentic brilliance, while three natural freshwater pearls reproduce the pendant pearl drops that are a hallmark of the original piece. Selective platinum plating enhances specific areas of the composition, accentuating the lustrous quality of the metalwork. The legend CANADA 250 DOLLARS appears within the field, completing the reverse design. |
